She also chairs the Construction Industry Culture Taskforce. Gabrielle has more than 25 years’ experience on boards and is a Director of Infrastructure Australia, the Western Parkland Authority (NSW), the ACT City Renewal Authority and is a board member of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (Vic). He is also a life member and former President of the Financial Executives Institute.

He is the Chairman of the San Foundation and a former Director of Infrastructure NSW. Our Occupational Health and Safety System is certified to AS/NZS 4801.2001 and ISO 45001.2018 and we are an accredited builder with the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner. We bring our staff and subcontractors together before every project starts to set an agreed framework of behaviour and make safety a personal commitment. Making safety personal for everyone is the best way to ensure risks are identified, managed and mitigated – not just as a one-off exercise, but as part of our day to day business. This make safety personal and creates an environment where everyone takes greater responsibility for the safety of their colleagues.
